The After-School Detective Club is a brand-new series for anyone who ever enjoyed a classic children’s adventure. It tells the tales of four young friends, from very different backgrounds – Lucy, Max, Joe and Charlie (not forgetting Sherlock; the little dog with the heart of a lion) – who come together to solve the spooky mysteries they discover in the seaside town where they live.

These are stories about mystery, excitement and bravery but they are also about friendship, laughter and kindness and the realisation that, however scary life gets, it’s always better when you’re with your friends. Whether it’s hunting down phantom smugglers, uncovering Viking treasure maps, or investigating UFOs, no adventure is too big for The After-School Detective Club.
